This is driving me crazy. As soon as I went up to deck 7 I remember seeing a door somewhere that said "locked by shodan security" (basically the ones that can't be opened unless the security is down to zero). I finally found and destroyed all the cameras and now I can't find the door anywhere. Can someone point me in the general direction of the door? I've ran around the level so many times and I still can't find that stupid door (technically I don't need to go there since I got the envir 3 suit and the skorpion smg but I'd still like to know where it's at).
Also, there's a room in the upper left (or right, I forget which) of the map that has two small spaces that can be crawled into (one has a security card in it). However there's one that's up on the wall and no matter how much jumping I do I can't seem to get in there. Is it even possible to get in there or am I just wasting time?

Been a while since I last played, so I may be wrong, but isn't it in the corner to your left when exiting the elevator from lower levels?

But you don't need to get security down to 0% to open that door, if I remember correctly. There are a few doors that are blocked by SHODAN on the upper level of the central pillar room. But it's possible to access all those areas via other ways. Most likely, you already passed through that door you're looking for. Since it's no longer locked, you didn't even notice it.
I'm afraid I don't know what room are you talking about. Can you show us a screenshot?

Rereading the OP I think I completely misunderstood the level. Don't pay attention to my post.
I really should play that game again...

That's probably it. I've literally been in every room in the level (I must have spent over an hour in on the deck making sure to hit every room) so I probably went through it already and didn't even notice it. I finally moved on and I just beat the game for the first time today. And what an awesome game it was. I highly recommend it to anybody. :thumb:
Also, I guess I posted this in the wrong forum but this one looked kind of dead (only like two topics) so I wasn't sure if I should post it here or not.

It may not have lots of movement (after all, System Shock is already 15 years old, and SS2 is 10 years old, so there aren't that many secrets in those games) but it's not dead yet :)

I found that the last time I played through SS1 (this week) that it was much easier to navigate Citadel than when I was younger. No longer did Systems Engineering seem like the maze it used to be. No longer did Level R piss me off so much. But now, I found Maintenance Level 3 to be the most annoying one of them all with those stupid inviso-mutants running around the corridors.
I went through the entire level before finally locating the Laser Rapier which one shots those mutants, I don't even want to know how many medi patches & first aid kits I used up. :P
