I'm confused. Which other franchise did they ruin? And which successful game did you mean?
I meant so another franchise, as many have, can be ruined, i meant it in a general way, not that they will ruin more then one. The only successful game they have done is Deus Ex 3.

Oh I see. So they made a prequel to well loved game and did a good enough job that it was successful and also considered a worthy prequel by fans, but that is no reflection on their abilities and based on a few small bits of information about another upcoming game you can tell they've become cocky and indifferent.
Right.
I started another thread with a poll somewhere on here. See if you can find it and come back and tell me how reasonable people are here.

I can tell they have become cocky because of their obvious indifference to the fan's opinions... two fanbases now actually. Speaking of Deus Ex, it looks like they're shaping up to run their own success into the ground with their new Ipad exclusive game Deus Ex: The Fall. (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1b8k469DbY) Just what the fans wanted... an FPS on an Ipad and a prequel to the prequel. Dear Builder. :bored: At this point I can just picture them with a shovel digging their own grave. Something tells me we are going to get a lot more support in our fight against EM, and in the form of a second front.

They are cocky. Nicolas is the only one so far who hasn't curled his upper lip when speaking negatively about the trilogy, but he's embraced his carte blanche freedom to reinvent things out of a bigger concern to mark territory than serve the franchise.

That seems decidedly different from their approach to Nu Thief.

lol
I guess Thief 4 is exempt from this rule
So what do you think about the information that they have been pouring forth in the past few weeks? Wish they kept silent yet?
