Has anyone found any showstopper bugs so far?
I can't finish the Harrier ending in Seattle or the Order ending in Mako because the people I'm supposed to kill aren't appearing! I've completely cleaned out the apartments and the harrier pad, and gotten the message that appears after killing all the guards, but there's no sign of the woman you need to kill to finish it anywhere.
In Mako, I've completely cleaned out the exterior, interior, and bio lab, and no sign of the scientist. There was a scientist outside the weapons lab by the guard station talking to a guard, but killing him didn't do anything. His label was just the generic "Mako Scientist". Inside the advanced weapons lab there was just a guard and a bot (both of whom were allied to me for some unknown reason). There's also a keypad inside the lab (next to the security station), but as far as I can tell no code and it can't be opened with tools.
Anyone seen either of these issues? I didn't mind the Harrier issue since there was an alternative ending that was viable, but I really don't feel like following the WTO ending of the Mako mission.

about the harrier and sak missing, iirc that was already a bug in the demo... sak just got lost somehow and didn't reappear anywhere. tough luck...
mako thing... well... did you pick up the mag rail or smth there? if you do that, the scientist goes to his little room up there and kind of disappears... you can choose either wto way (get the mag rail) or the order way (kill the scientist), not both. btw, miss the long detonation time stuff there. tried lobbing grenades in and pushing the button but couldn't do both anyway :P
actually, didn't try if he runs into his room when you start a battle in the lab...
spoiler or not spoiler? better safe than sorry i think...
no i didn't pick up the gun, that's what's weird. when i walked into the lab the doctor wasn't there, just the guard and the bot. i replayed the mission (took about 10 minutes since i knew where all the goodies were :) ) and made a beeline to that area, and he showed up, so it must have been a similar glitch

The first time I did that level the doctor was there and I offered to spare him in exchange for the weapon schematics, he then went into his office and locked the door. My game then crashed when loading the next level so I had to go back and do the level over. The second time I experienced the exact same problem: no scientist, locked office.
some people in eidos forums say there's a very rare but still existant npc clipping bug. mainly happens to sak or that scientist.
