That mission, and a couple others, are on Xbox as well. They are available via Xbox Live! or, for those without Live!, on an OXM Demo Disc. I am also not knocking you for the PS3....Hell, I envy you getting a BC PS3 for free!!!
Well actually the Xbox levels I have, they were released for the PC as well. For the PS2 however, there was one more level, "Nuclear Power Plant".
And yes, it's not set in stone yet, but he did promise it to me.

OH YEAH, the power plant. I forgot about that one. Hell, it is not even on the GameCube. That one got GameBoy Advance connectivity. The GBA acted as a Metal Gear-style radar, and allowed for a new weapon:the sticky bombs. You used/activated them through the GBA.
I really don't think we got that power plant level, I think they were Vselka-based. I will fire up my game now and double check, and report back. I have a strong feeling it isn;t there.
EDIT: as far as I can tell, Vselka Submarine, Vselka Part One, and Kola Cell are the only add-on levels available. My bad, sorry I mixed up Power Plant.
EDIT 2: poroshin: what is the order of the add-on levels? What order are they meant to be played in? thanks

Splinter Cell Campaign -> Kola Cell -> Vselka Part One -> Vselka Submarine
Edit: Originally, these missions were planned to be between the Kalinatek and Chinese Embassy levels, but they were cut, and these reworked versions were rewritten, so the story takes place after the events in SC.

God, thanks malleus! I have the Xbox running right now (checked to downloadable content on Live!), and got the itch to play Splinter Cell as soon as the splash screen came up! I appreciate your reply.

I'll be playing SC1 myself very soon. I love ghosting that game. Good times! But I'm playing Velvet Assassin at the moment.

Wow, I just ran through most of Kola Cell. It has been some time since I played it last. Consequently, I forgot enough of the level that it was damn close to playing a new level. And a hell of a hard one at that. Very challenging, but certainly ghostable.

(
http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox/file/561102/30109) This is a decent 'Perfect Stealth' walkthrough for SC 1. No, it isn't a ghost, but it is a decent walkthough for those of you whom want to play it as stealthy as possible, but allowing for more interaction.

If you read through this thread from the beginning, Malleus and I talked about pretty much all the levels and how to ghost them. Not a walkthrough but nearly all the information needed should be here somewhere.

Oh, I know. I was here 'ghosting' lurking the forums from the very beginning. I just wanted to link to an alternative, less-involved method. You two should be commended for your efforts.

Just a quick little trick I learned over the years of playing Splinter Cell that I though I'd share. Maybe you know it, maybe you don't.
If you are close to an enemy and want to knock him out, shoot him in the head with a Sticky Camera. It will knock out your enemy, and you can then pick the camera up off of the ground.
