Hey everybody hows it going im bored so i figured i ask everybody what are the most powerful spells in the game that you can buy not make since i dont have the construction pack thing that comes with pc because i have MORROWIND for xbox but any replys would help a lot thanks

Well there is the guy in the sadrith mora theif's guild who sells, god's frost and god's fire which does 10(I think) to 60 pts of fire or frost damage for 10 seconds in 10 ft. That is the most powerful destruction spell I have found, though with spellmaking you can recreate more powerful ones.
EDIT: God's fire/frost costed 185 magic, but was quite effective on those Balmora gaurds, it is required to have around 80 destruction to have a decent chance of casting it.

The most powerful spell would be a custom-made fire spell that had maximum on everything.

You can make custom spells in-game by speaking to certain NPC's and selecting the Spell Making option. This doesn't require the Construction Set and is avaliable for both PC and Xbox versions.
That's how to get the most powerful spells in the game - make them yourself! :D
