*shrug* It's a personal choice, and is much too large a topic to go into here; suffice it to say I think warez'ing is usually wrong, but an individual's choices are their own to make.

The only thing that I download illegaly are movies. When I like the movie very much I buy the DVD.

Well, warez IS a good thing. Dont stomp on me, listen further. Its a good thing to see IF the game can keep up with the advertisement and if i like it. If so, then i delete it and go and buy it.
And former times i straight bought them and some (most) of them where crap. So if there isnt a demo i can get, i try a warezed one to see if it fits my wishes.
But a ihave to admit, that i just couldnt wait to download morrowind, so i let them ship it here. (europe is a bit behind everything it seems :sic:

Hrm... well, I didn't want to go into it, but I feel there's two places it's okay to warez... one is, as you say, demo'ing with the intent to buy if you like it (and deleting it looooong before you finish it, if you don't buy it), and two, if the game's no longer available for sale anywhere in the world or online (aka: freeware).

not trying to dig deeper into the subject....but if the game companies have anything against this stuff they should try harder to get warez sites shut down. anyway i'm d/loading on kazaa and man it's good. i reccomend it to anyone. ANYONE!
