Yep... Spellbreaker is definately 100% absolutely not there. I opened the TES construction set and looked and it's there... but in the game it isn't. I disabled the floor to see if it sank below, but it didn't. I turned on wireframe mode so I could see through walls, floors, rocks, etc... still no shield.
So I made this plug-in. If you're too lazy to make one yourself and have the same problem, then you can go ahead and download it. Spellbreaker is exactly where it should be (still in Bthuand.) I hope I didn't load the Tribunal Master File... heh. It should still work even if I did.

could use the console... But that would mean I'd have made the plugin for nothing :cheeky: ... Come to think of it, if you know Spellbreaker is missing, then you'd have already been to Bthuand... So there's no reason why you should use the console. ... Dang it. Ok, fine, I'm bored out of my mind and it just gave me summin to do.
