I'm sorry but I don't think you sound like a 'safe and capable driver' to me.
When I say ''I'll kill you" and "I'll ride your ass till you pull over", I was simply exadurating how annoying it is. I realize that driving a 200lb car is a huge responsibility and needs to be treated like you're ALWAYS in the wrong. If someone is walking across the highway, i'll SURLEY slow down and let them walk. As annoying as it is, they have more right to walk on the surface of the earth than I do to pollute it and put people and myself in danger. Every time you drive you're risking lives. No matter how safe you are. Thats just how it is. I'm actually a VERY safe and good driver. I just like to exadurate. ALSO:
If everyone was a safe and capable driver, then no-one would try to hound through a light as it turns red. And if everyone was a safe and capable driver, but someone did that anyway, the people with the green light would see it and wait for the person to pass. The only way it would work is if everyone was safe and capable.

You know that the survival rates differ massively if you hit someone at 30 or 40mph, right? Tbh, you sound like an unsafe driver. A stupid driver in fact.
Thats why you don't hit someone at all. And if you do, you slow down as much as you can, but i'd never put myself in that position.

I hate when people pull out in front of me and then decide to slow me down. I'll ride their ass so close that they'll pull over.
Missed this one; frankly that's an inconsiderate, fairly dangerous and insurance premium-unfriendly way to drive. What happens if they have to stop suddenly?
I'm not particularly proud to say it, but if someone pulls that stunt on me I sometimes tap the brakes a little, just to see what they'll do.

Driving isn't Prince of Persia, you can't rewind. Stopping distance is longer, and the speed you're going when you hit someone even after you've been rapidly slowing down is likely to be higher.
And if people pull the "up my ass" stunt I slow to a crawl and wave.

I'm sure you didn't see my most recent post, but seconded, i'm not really like that. Just exadurating the annoyance. I'll slow down and just patiently drive behind them. But they are putting theirselves in danger by pulling out in front of someone at higher speeds than they. They could MAKE themselves get hit! IF the other driver wasn't paying attention.

It's not as huge as you think...

With this logic explain how it is ever possible to pull out onto a motorway from a slip road please. Or into any road with moving traffic on it.

either accellerate fast, or wait for a big enough gap that you're leaving more than 3 seconds time for the person coming to see you.

What is wrong with people in the UK?
We have the same problem here in the US. I believe it's called the 'Two Second Advantage'; even if the faster driver passes you, he/she ends up being only about two seconds ahead of you. Makes no sense to me, but that miniscule advantage obviously makes some people feel superior in some odd way.
My gripe is when I'm doing about 70 mph on the expressway and even though Speed Racer sees I can't change to a slower lane because I'm blocked by traffic, the yahoo starts tailgating, blinking his lights, honking his horn, & damn near nudging my bumper with his car. It's as though the moron expects my car to levitate to get out of his way.
OR .... the road-rage-filled driver who tries to block any passing, but once you manage to pass him, he speeds up & starts riding your bumper like a damn fool.
