Is the music in the soundtrack CD exactly the same as the tracks from the game CD or they have some new orchestration, or something?
I've read somewhere it has some new instruments, but other sources indicates it's exactly the same.

If you are talking about the CD tracks in Disc 2 of the GOTY version ...
Most of them are the same, but a couple were remixed. IIRC, the Title track and UNACTO track were remixed. I prefer the original Title over the remix, but I like the UNACTO remix more that UNACTO.
