I have to select a crowd voice as that in the Evicted FM pub, but in the sound schema browser are only other samples, by default.
Earing in the DXIW Sound Drone that sample that I need is m16crowds->crowd2.wav
How can I select it in the Soundschema Browser & Editor?

Sorry for my very bad english, but today i'm very tired, and some errors can get away out. :joke:

Select the sound in the SchemaBrowser. Open the properties for the ZoneProperties actor in the room you want to hear the sound. Add property SoundStreaming/StreamSchema1 and click Use. The name of the sound schema will appear in blue. BTW, you cannot select just the second sound. The schema will play all four.

I apply the Sound/SoundAmbient to the AmbientSound marker, not to the ZoneProperties actor, i need of a very local sound that not propagates everywhere, just in a strict place. (I.e. the voices outside the pub, or the crickets in the bushes).
In your Evicted, the voices outside the pub are always the same, I think m16crowd02, and that's what I want. How can I do?

To make the sound propagate over a large area, apply it to the Zone Property as I had said. At the place where you want it to stop, change it in the next Zone Property or set it to Silence.

I just need of the opposite! :) The sound should have to play in a LITTLE area.
My problem is not the Zone Property, maybe you've done the pub sound in this way... but I prefer remaining related to the AmbientSound.
The problem is that I'm not able to select in the m16crowds->crowd2.wav. I need of that precise file... I hear that you have it (pitched to some negative value) in Evicted, and I like it so much, so I wanna add to my mission too! :-)
Maybe I have to extract it and put it in again with another file name?

Come to think about it, how can you add zone streaming ambients?
I know there is a thread about that subject, but it is somewhat scarce and the link with that program seems not to be working anymore(a page with many irrelevant links on the left, no download starts when you open the page...)

Norbik worked out that you could add custom ambients as long as the custom schema in question was also used as a regular sound somewhere. See (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105032) here. That should save having to patch the schemas.
