Well, I have azura's star. I was wondering... is it possible to soultrap Dagoth Ur? has anyone tried it? and would there be any use to it?

Nope! I tried and you get the same no target like a regular humanoid.

You had better wait till you become the Nereverine, Horator, AND get your bloody gauntlet from the bloke. As well as some instruction if you truly need it(though I figured it out without even doing any blade quests...)
