It took me a little while to figure this out, but you have to roll over her location - that way she jumps out without you being still. Roll over, smack, repeat.

(nah, in fact it was the absolute abysmality of the rest of the interwebs...I`ve learned a lot on my recent travels (apparently I`m a "PC snob" amongst other things, though as you well know I`m a consoletard weeabooargh) and so I rather dwell here with all my dear friends)
