I don't know which is heavier (yet), but I like Rammstein, they make good music like Keine Lust, Ohne Dich and Mein Teil.

I've actually got to make a point to not listen to Pantera before bed as it literally makes me hateful, I've fallen asleep to Riese Riese several times, its tame compared although it has an interesting sound.
