Debussey- Claire De Lune
Sure a lot of songs can get your feet moving but how many rip your heart out without a word? I was going to post that as a joke but christ how does he do that? I know exactly what he is saying and it's just a piano. It breaks me with the bare honesty of sentiment. The bastard. How? It's just one note after another. How can that drop walls of stone? That is power inexplicable. You can poke fun at it until you truely listen and then it shuts you the hell up.

Am I the only one who doesnt understand wth this thread is about? What do you mean by 'breath fire'? I thought I knew until I saw the songs people were listing, it took how many pages for someone to mention Pantera?
If by breath fire, you mean feel agressive or energetic:
Again - Alice in Chains
Aneurysm - Nirvana
Just - Radiohead
4th of July - Soundgarden, wait thats bs that song just makes me depressed
Anything by Pantera
If you mean songs that make you feel awesome:
When the Levee Breaks - Led Zeppelin
Castles made of sand - Jimi Hendrix
Pretty Noose - Soundgarden
Of course, this list is complete bullshit because I just looked through my mediaplayer for a few minutes for a few songs and put them up.

Well I'm not really the Emo sort so I don't get aggravated by songs.
But I do get rather lively and enthusiastic with some songs like Tristania's World of Glass album which has an anti-religious theme to it and it really gets me pumped.
Also, what the hell are you talking about, emo music is the exact oppasite of what you're talking about. The most aggrivated genre of music I know of is Metal and it is hardly emo.

I dunno, I reckon hardcore is more of an aggressive type of music. I mean, they point at people and that's just rude. Metal is more about.... um. Posing?
Fingernail on 7/3/2007 at 09:37
Posing questions concerning the futility of human endeavour, you mean?
Vivian on 7/3/2007 at 09:43
Nah... it's just... Well, whenever I try to define metal (or at least the sort I listen to) in my head or in conversation, the best description I can come out with is that it's the musical equivalent of your best Conan pose.

I'm not a huge fan of this song, but when the bass and drums enter in this live version, along with the crowd, the energy is fucking crazy.

I assume with a name like Cerpin you're a bit of a fan of the band, though, Inertiac esp gets me going
Sleep Now in the Fire-RATM is pretty insane, as is Testify.
Jerk-Off, and Jambi by Tool rev me up
And I reckon you can't beat a good bit of Meatloaf to get the blood pumping
