I have a few questions:
1.)I was just wondering if it is possible to put a constant effect invisibility on an item. The spell has a value of 100 so I'm thinking it isnt possible. Maybe if chameleon values stack I could put 100% combined worth...
2.)also I heard about a mages guild quest where you get a daedric dagger with soulsteal as a constant effect as a reward. I am currently only an associate in the mages guild and I was wondering how long it would take me to get to that quest, seeing as I would like to have that dagger...
3.)and one last thing: in the strategy guide for thieves guild quests on destination morrowind it mentions that if you plan on joining the assassins guild you should get the writs for two people who are targeted for assassination as part of the thieves guild quest or else you wont get any reward. I was wondering if I could just do the quest and forget about the reward from the morag tong, but still continue the morag tong quests (not get screwed over by having to kill someone who is already dead).
Either way does anyone know who gives this quest? cuz I have killed about 6 people on behalf of the morag tong and I havent heard about them yet, maybe because I am working out of vivec and it is a quest from a different city...
I know this is a big post, but there are probably others that will benefit from it as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. You are better off with stacked Chameleon items, especially since invisibility stops when you perform an action. (Not sure the effect this has on constant effect items.) Also, a Daedric Tower shield has 225 enchantment points.
2. Soul Drinker is cast when strikes. You get it when you do Ranis Athrys' last quest.
3. Yeah you can do that. Not sure who gives the quest on the Morang Tong side, but Jim Stacey gives the thieves guild version.
