1) What sort of bonuses and how powerful will they be come with an enchantment by a sigil stone? (I suspect this depends on level, so if it helps I just reached level 26)
2) I've closed about 5 Oblivion Gates, but I haven't found any good weapons or armor, etc, aside from basic things, like dremora, ebony, etc. swords and daedric armor. Are there powerful, enchanted weapons I should be finding?
3) Where can I find sweet weapons?
I'll probably add some more, but that's all for now. I realize these questions may seem a little novice for a level 26, but I really don't know the answers to them.

For question 3, a couple of Daedric quests result in you getting some nice weapons. Clavicus Vile's quest, for example, will result in the sword Umbra coming into your possession if you refuse to give it to Vile. You can also hunt down Umbra's wielder without actually taking the quest.

1) Pretty powerful, better than you can enchant at the Arcane University. Sigil Stone enchantments max out at level 17, so you're already there. Examples include Constant Effect Feather 125, and Strength 20 (I tend to prefer constant effects rather than weapon enchantments).
2, 3) What you find is mostly random, and your Luck attribute has an effect. There's very few "fixed" loot items other than the daedric quests that Matthew mentioned. That being said, one of the Oblivion gates has a hidden area with two very powerful items (mace, bow) named Hatred's Heart and Hatred's Soul. The official forums has a good guide to finding them:
