That is a clear reference on which one of the three possible ends from Deus Ex the developers chose as an initial position."

This stands in the new German Edition of GameStar 02/2003.

I´m not sure if the following stuff is realy new but:

-there will be a invisibility indicator like in the thief series,

-W. Spector stated that there will be definitly a way to complete playing the game without even killing a single person, if the player is clever enough :cheeky:

-no need for medical robot to use implants (now called Biomods) and there will be more bioupgrads which you can choose between

now_become, I would have put a spoiler tag on that first paragraph if I were you. I was coming onto these boards in the first place to warn people about that article -- I love hearing about DX2, but unless Alex discovers that tidbit about JC within the first few minutes of the game, I'm disappointed that Gamestar would have posted news about the storyline like that.

Anyway, I'm going to post a warning for others on the other boards just in case so that people like me don't get storyline spoilers if they dont want them.

Is that Alex they are reffering too the Alex Denton we found growing in hte Area 51 labs? And is it just me or do the screenshots look kinda post-apocolyptic, which would suggest the New Dark Age ending.

yes, you´re absolutely right. I´am always going to get so much, or better nothing about the storyline, too. So I can´t get the max. experience and the big "aha, wow" things in the game. Only the techstuff is no danger for me. I´am a great fan of the "politics" at ion storm, leak so less as possible infos about the game. For me the above storyline leak was an error. But it was as i bought gamestar impossible to know that they have told them such "big" thing about the game, because I know ion storm didn´t such things in the past.
