I just used CDBaby and CreateSpace and they auto-set royalties. They give you various options but there's a set minimum that they force you to charge - IIRC it ends up being about a 60/40 split (distributor/artist).

Matthew - if you don't mind me asking - are you just streaming it on Spotify or did you actually purchase a digital download or physical copy, and where from? I'm having a helluva time trying to see sales info on Amazon and CD Baby and I wonder if they're tracking them correctly.
