This problem got solved already with help from Daveh and Nameless Voice. (Thanks to you mates!)
So this is just a FYI.

I'm running Firefox with (http://bene.sitesled.com/adblock.htm) Adblock Plus extension and (http://www.pierceive.com/) Filterset.G Updater.
Obviously with the latest definitions by Filterset.G a javascript file of TTLG was blocked (vbulletin_global.js) which caused the problems mentioned in the topic.

Whitelisting TTLG in the Adblock options helped with this.
