60 here going on.... oh let's say 30-35:D Actually playing Thief keeps me young:cheeky:
I agree about the computer worries but mostly I'm concerned about those wonderful FM authors who keep coming up with soooooo many beautiful missions either moving on or losing interest. As long as they can build 'em I can keep my computer upgraded and continue to enjoy their incredible works......
Praise the builders!!!!!!!!!!!:thumb:

I agree with Speedy... I just turned 61, but I never think about age. I've enjoyed computer gaming since the PCjr in/around 1984. And playing Thief has been the constant, even though I play FPS games and UT... that is, when I'm not working in my shop.
It's all fun when you're retired! :D
PS: Coming to this forum is the first thing I do each time I turn on my computer.

I have absolutely no intention of giving up playing Thief regardless of how many birthdays I choose to ignore! (Unless I have the bad luck to go all senile and totally forget what wsad means. :( ) Besides, it's a medically proven fact that the older your kids get, the younger you become. In that case, by the time they're in their 40s I'll be in my early 20s again. :cheeky:

I'll never grow up! Will play Thief FM's as long as they keep coming and that's the truth, too! :p

I didn't start playing games till my mid-40s so I have a way to go yet before I need to think about growing up. :)
And I'm greatly looking forward to retirement. I haven't been able to play a single one of the new fms yet.

On the other end of the age scale, my younger sister started playing Thief when she was six years old. She still plays it quite regularly, enjoying the many fan missions the Thieving community continues to create. With luck, she may someday get the dromed bug and contribute her own missions to the mix as part of the next generation of taffers. I'm 26 and going to college at the moment, but I still try to find time to play a few missions when I can. Sometimes the oldest games are the greatest ... it takes a special game to capture the hearts and minds of so many people for so long. I plan on continuing to play Thief for as long as my computer will let me. My newer computer refuses to play Thief most of the time, but at least my older one still works well.

I´ve played so many good games like the quake series, Unreal tournment and Tomb Raider, but none of them so good as Thief, i remember when i played for the first time thief 1 back in 2001, it was a schock to me, a unique game with own features: deep ambient sound, unique atmosphere, unique architecture, unique charaters, original storyline and unique gameplay, i was 17 years old back then and i had reasons to playing it since i was in the propper age to play videogames, but now i´m 23 years old and still playing all thief fan missions, and other games, i just love it! videogames and electronic music are everything to me since 1996, My father is always discusting with me, saying that i haven´t grow up, well at least he gave it up criticizing my music style, he´s an old fashion person, loves classic music and classic movies, but latetly he has been showing some interest about computers and he bought one for himself, but he use it only to work with photos, documents and to play cards and chess, he´s conviced that videogames are unhealthy for people sanity, that games only stupidify people, i could agree with him a few years ago, when games were nothing but violence, but nowadays games are more than that, games offer us puzzles, riddles to solve and that´s good to exercise our brain, it offer us a good story , it´s not only screams and grawsps, it´s dialogs as well. The only disavantage of the games for me it´s that sometimes i get to addicted and isolated from the world, and maybe it´s because of that that i´m still virgin at 23 years old for being anti-sociable, and lost two years in the schooll. I´ll keep playing fms yes that´s for sure but i´ll need to reduce the hours of droming and playing fms, i need to go out and try to find my future wife and loose my virginty, and care more about my future carrer.
