I have probably spent too much time on this game, but I still enjoy playing it.
Anyways, my reputation is now at 107, I have the highest rank in House Hluula, Imperial Legion, Imperial Cult, Temple, Thieves Guild, Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and the Morag Tong.
I've probably killed all of the major vampires so joining a vampire guild is probably not an option. I might download a plug-in that allows you to join every house, but what else is there?

I personally when frustrated like to do the following. SAVE game.
Go on a rampage and clear out the entire town..I'm also not that high of level so it is a challenge and really fun.

Well, because I'm level 71 (maxed out everything, no cheating, like I said way too much time on this game), I'll try this starting with Vivec. It's not like I'll kill any quest dependant characters at this point anyways :)

You might consider starting a new character...
At such a high level the quests of each subsequent faction you've joined must be so easy its almost pointless to play - why have you joined so many factions with one character?
Take a risk, start again, stop walking around morrowind safe in the knowledge no one has a chance of hurting you...

You're probably right, Red. I think I'll start over with a an Argonian or kitty cat thief, limit myself to 3 or 4 factions, and, most importanly, not use any trainers. Later in the game you have so much cash you can max out even your untrained skills. I'll basically follow the same character I started originally but play it like I intended to.
Yep, Morag Tong, House Hluula, and Thieves guild should fit me well.
