There are still plenty of people posting around here. Admittedly, Commchat traffic has slowed down considerably over the last year or two, but Gengaming, Thiefgen (which is arguably the core of TTLG), and the Editors Guild are still going fairly steady.

As far as I'm concerned, I post about stuff I'm currently into, like the the photo threads, and occasionally quip or contribute in the larger discussions... I don't know, I kind of lost interest in the rest, I still game but old games, and it feels like everything's been said about it. I don't really follow the current gaming scene that much, but TTLG was always a place beyond gaming to me and it's still an anchor point in a way. I just can't leave it altogether... (Not that I want to)
Talking about ComChat exclusively here, I barely even contribute to the subforums anymore. I promised lots of things back in the day (video tutorials and ShocKEd levels and other stuff) that I just didn't or couldn't deliver, now I know better, and just mostly shut up and lurk.
I'll add one thing though: I feel lost every time TTLG goes down due to DNS or whatever issue they have. I can't imagine my internet without it.

Mostly I'm too busy deleting spam, mostly. Certainly no time for all this shoe-gazing. Well ok. Also:

Also, I highly recommend watching the garden grow. Literally, I love just sitting and looking at the garden after I've mown the lawn and trimmed the shrubs and weeded the beds. Not to mention pruning the trees and painting the fence. Sooo awesome. It makes me happy. Hey, I'm getting old.
Furthermore, time is definitely speeding up. Last week was almost certainly 2006.

I just haven't felt like posting, RL gets in the way, I've moved, out of town, etc. I mainly lurk, but, will always be here. My interweb wouldn't be the same without TTLG. People will come and go, such is life. Somethings should remain the same. TTLG is one of them. Just don't post a thread, I'M LEAVING AND NEVER COMING BACK. Less attention whoring is appreciated. Just have a damn good reason if you decide to start one.

What's with all the spam lately, anyway? I seem to find myself in the "report post" box more than in the "reply to thread" box these days.

The only people making the big cinematic exits are the ones that post primarily in CommChat - it needs to just be deleted permanently. This is a gaming board, after all.
With all the new titles coming out like T4, DX3, Skyrim, Stalker 2, Arkane, etc etc etc, the rest of the forums will do just fine. Why are certain people always so anxious to bury this place?
(btw, I'm not going anywhere, so nyah)

Uhhh, delete CommChat? Do you want those people posting everywhere else instead? :p

Yeah, that's not in the least bit true. For instance, Kolya.
