I looked in vivec and ebonheart but cant find a way to mournhold

1. Rest anywhere. You'll be visited by someone.
2. After that, speak to any guard.
3. Go to Ebonheart and find the man. He's on the battlements between the shops and the Imperial quarters.
4. Find the mage the man told you about. She will teleport you to Mournhold. To get back, talk to the mage near where you arrive. It's a Mages Guild transport kind of thing.
