Depressing? More like dipshitting, am I right?

Once a week or so I visit CommChat, 'cause it's cheaper than going to the zoo. :laff:
That has to be the most objective summary of CommChat Hell I've ever seen.

I play Thief and Thief II every so often. A few months ago I finished Thief II for the fourth time, and a few weeks ago I finished Thief for, I think, the nineth time. But really, I think that Dark Messiah is going to completely take over and make those two gems into good memories.

I don't have time for marathon sessions on some complicated strategy game, I need something I can jump into and out of quickly while lounging on my couch.
I also find that to be the way to go. Plus, I am sick and tired of upgrading my computer, and once PS3 comes out I will use my computer for business only. I couldn't care less whether I play a game on my computer or on a console, as long as it's fun to play.

I will never stop playing Thief 1 as long further Win-versions let me. Since I got TDP in the month of May I will do the next run next month, bringing back the right mood.

ii) I venture into ThiefGen and am confronted by the sheer stupidity and zealotry of those people who actually
do re-play Thief on a regular basis
Oh hurrrr yourself. I GOT the joke (lame as it was). My point was that you can play the damn games without having to venture anywhere near the Thief forums. You
already know there are new members frequenting ThiefGen and others who are still quite passionate about the games, so why bother; just play the games if you want to. Or not.

I've heard the same remark made about you. :p
Nothin' but love for ya. ;)

Are you saying that going out and enjoying the sun is
less manly than huddling in a dark room playing a video game? Does your definition of manliness also include 20-sided dice?
shut up

Most of my waking hours now have small people in them, it's hard to play Thief with constant interuptions, so I haven't for a long time. It's why I still haven't finished Bloodmoon, and I'm not going to buy Oblivion until I've finished Bloodmoon. Right now I'm replaying Pharoah/Cleopatra because I can get up and leave it running if I need to.

Right. I'm in the middle of Tonka Construction 2, and after that I'm playing Star Wars Legos or possibly Jedi Academy.
I have to go now. The Bernstein Bears just went off.
