Alot of people having a sad christimas this year, you're lucky not to have to worry. I've gotta figure out how the hell I'm going to get a job in this economy as a newgrade with little work experience

Hate to burst your little bubble but we may not have 50 years left if everyone is like you and doesn't care. But far be it for me to dissuade you just stick your head in the sand and pretend there is nothing we can do.

Sort of an important problem that needs to be addressed.
Didn't even read that... Don't need to. I'm actually very passionate about the environment and I plan on attempting to do something to affect change, eventually. But I don't need to read the current news to know that the world is fucked up
anyway ...

okay i got 5 pairs of chaps and half a truck tire, i think i can make shoulder armour out of it or something, will this be enough to survive the upcoming apocalypse?
Not near enough assless chaps. You are going to have to take out a loan from Sypha.

Nothing that can't be fixed.

That's some pretty goddamn colossal fail right there. I'm stunned. I was going to bold the hilariously ignorant bits, but each time I read the entire post looking for the best bits to highlight I goggled in astonishment at the sheer weight of failure. There is neither meaning nor coherence in a word of it, and the fact that you think you've made a cogent and meaningful post on this subject just leaves me speechless.
Wow.

Well at least you probably know what's on tv tonight, that's something.

I wasn't affected by the economic crash
If you are buying gas at a much lower price now than it was several months ago then it has had an effect on you.

but dollar is where it was five years ago. I can't buy anything online anymore :(
Ha! Unlike you, I got this one on lock. I still have like six American dollars left over from a trip in the summer. That shit has APPRECIATED. Bought it for little over six CAD, now it's worth like nearly eight bucks. Cha-CHING!
Seriously though, yes, I wish I had bought more of those internet things I was putting off buying because I can "always buy them later." Not anymore!
Also, as a student I just hope to hell this thing sorts itself out by the time I actually need to get a job. I mean, I'm poor and broke now and ain't got no job or investments, so the crash won't have much to hit me with, unlessin' it goes long and I get out of school and am all "Hello, I'm ready for a job now please" and the world is like "ha! nuts to you sucker!" and then I'm all "but my debt!" :(

Wow.
Ya know what's scary is that IO actually echos a vast number of fellow
college students that I know. "Don't know, don't care, couldn't change it anyway if I did".
I personally don't understand it, but it's sure as hell rampant. Alot of people I know think the economy is doing great (because of the lower gas prices). Just wait till they graduate muahawhaw!!:ebil:
