Geez. I've only ever seen that much snow twice in my entire life. I don't think I could handle that year after year after year.
...well, maybe I could, cuz then I could sled more.

I like snow, but this snow effect made my GPU fan go wild, so no more snow for me. Now I have to login every time I want to visit here, without having to listen to my fans making silly noises, but maybe that motivates me to post more -- not necessarily better, but more -- so maybe the snow effect isn't the pure evil I first thought it was.
By the by, last we had real winter here was three or four years ago, but at least we then had a good one with the perfect amount of cold and snow, and I think I counted to being out skiing at least ten times over the course of two weeks, so almost every day. In time for Christmas each year I hope for that kind of winter again, but no -- and, verily, TTLG's snow effect is a constant mockery of my suffering: IF I CAN'T HAVE SNOW, NOÖNE SHOULD HAVE IT. :p

Goodbye snow..:(
Of course you do realise you've set a precedent for themed Forum visuals that reflect the multitudinous
national/ethnic celebratory traditions of Ttlg folk, lest anyone feel left out. The St Patrick's Day theme had better rock, is all I'm saying.

Needs to be fancier. I vote for a bunch of little animated cartoon snakes crawling down the screen for St. Patrick's day.

This morning I was asked what sort of thing lifted me out of my depressions. I should have just said Purgator.

Ah thanks, Chief Superintendent nickie. :)
