There was a plane with a snake in Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark (just after the intro chase sequence), it was similar to a biplane, there was another front-propeller plane in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom but there were no snakes in that one!

Ah, maybe you're right. It's been a while, and I always liked The Last Crusade the best anyways.
