Just made a small mod to fix a couple of things that irritate me about the game.

I have tweaked the armor values of a few types, Glass, Indoril, and Orcish. In the release version of the game, Indoril (the best medium armor) is not as good as glass, which I think is retarded, as there is basically no reason to wear medium.

Accordingly, glass has been knocked down from 50 to 40 while Indoril went from 45 to 50, and Orcish has been bumped up to 38.

Also, I added the vampirism property to one alchemy ingredient, which makes it possible to make potions of vampirism.

Not to drag this wildly off-topic, but do you know where you found the "Declawed Cliff Racer" mod? I've looked at all the major mod sites, plus all the sites referenced in each Links section, and I'm not seeing it. Any ideas where you found it?
