It all depends on how long I nap. If it's for an hour or so, I'll wake up feeling giddy and refreshed. Four hours or more, I'll wake up groggy and spend the rest of the day in front of my computer fighting cottonmouth and a headache.

I'm like a zombie for about twenty minutes after waking up from a nap. I usually can't remember what I do. I've found out from my family that I've sometimes answered my door, then gone back to sleep without remembering a thing.
Insomnia sounds like it really sucks. I'm a student and often short on sleep, but when I'm not busy with schoolwork I can catch up. I have sympathy for you guys who are tired 24/7.

I sleep very little too, I usually can't fall asleep until 2 or 3 AM. So I get 5 - 4 hours of sleep per day, sometimes I'm lucky and get good naps in the daytime and on weekends.

Sleep disorders maybe ain't got any, but sleep segmentation is rater an habit now. For several reasons, I won't explain in detail, but when I have a permanent physical pain, that comes and goes, it's easier to see why I sleep when I can.

Location: Foreign
Translation: I have no sleeping disorders, but have a habit of sleeping in small increments of time. This is due to personal problems which I am not comfortable discussing on a forum board. However I have a permanent medical condition which causes pain at random intervals, making it more practical for me to sleep when I am able.
No no. Thank
YOU.
