outside ald ruhn i found a tomb filled with 4 vamps. since vamps are some cowards that cant control their own lust, i decided to SLAY 'EM ALL! just got one prob: after i slayed 'em (piece of cake) they revive after 2-3 days. how do i permanently kill 'em?
and one more thing; is it hard to get the vampirism cure? is there a vaccine? im dead scared to get it.......

You can get cured of vampirism by means of an ordinary cure disease spell if you act quickly enough. After something like 3 days, you are a vamp proper, and you need to go on a Daedric shrine quest to get cured.
While a vamp, you can do quests for your vamp clan. The clan of the vamp who bit you will also be your clan. There are three clans.

I'm not sure exactly which tomb you're talking about, but chances are that the vampires are set to respawn. If that's the case, you probably can't ever completely clear them.

There's also a cure for Vapirism after you've gotten it. Personally, I wouldn't do it until you've done everything else in the game because walking from one side of the island can get boring (First run through can be cool, especially since Vamps can jump high and a long way.) Still, after you're a vampire, go to the daedric ruins of Bal Ur I think. Talk to the statue inside.
