can you actually use the skooma pipe in any way (ex. can you make or smoke skooma with it)?
also, what is the difference between a skooma pipe and a "good skooma pipe"?

It can be used for alchemy (potion making) in place of another piece of apparatus (the retort, possibly? someone else will know this)
AFAIK nobody has succeeded in making skooma.
I don't think there is a difference between a good skooma pipe and any other one, but I could be wrong.

Theres a mod some where, that lets you smoke pipes.
