I got all the houses to name me horator, and I had talked to all the ashlander tribes and gotten them to name me neverine, but I didn't go back to talk to the wise woman at the first camp before I went on to talk to Vivec. Because of this, now she thinks I still haven't talked to Vivec, and no matter what I try and I can't get her to progress, she just keeps telling me to go demand to talk to Vivec. I played around with trying to find someway to progress it with the console, but I can't seem to find anything that works. Anyone have a solution?

I never went back to her after talking to Vivec, I just went and took care of old Dagoth, then after that was all done with went back to Vivec and that was the end of the main quest. Haven't been back to the old hg yet =P

I didn't go back to her either but still completed the main quest. Maybe her dialogue just doesn't update?
