A week or so ago, I stumbled across a site that had a list of a good number of the "unique" items in the game, and where to find them. In my infinate idiocy, I forgot to save the URL. If anyone knows the site I'm talking about, please post the addy.
I'm looking for very specific items, ones that have a constant effect of SANCTUARY, or REFLECT. P.S. I already have both Waithguards, and Manara's ring, but there have to be more. Thanks for any help.

Try the ebony mail; you have to max out in the Temple though.

Yeah... the Temple... I've been expelled. Twice. And they won't have me back. Where did you get it? Most quest items can be aquired without the quest in one way or another.

Not this one; if you've done everything anyone's asked you to, you're sent to pray as the Mt. Assarnibibi shrine, and (again, if you've done everything) you're given it.
A pity you've been expelled twice, it gives a constant-effect Resist Fire 75%, Shield 50 & Resist Magicka 20%. Not only that, but it's got a better base AC than the Daedric cuirass, and it's medium armor. Might wanna consider starting over?
Edit: Hmm.. okay, not absolutely everything, but you do have to be in good standing w/ the Temple to get this as a quest. Praying at that shrine w/out it as a quest doesn't do anything.

Start over? Nah... I'm already Head of the fighters, mages, thiefs, hiaalu, and Morag Tong, and as far as I can go in Blades, Ashlanders, and Imperial Legion.. The Temple and The Vampire stuff are all I really haven't done. I'm just looking for these specific items as kind of a hobby.. trying to make a GOD suit. With the unique Items I already mentioned, put some self enchanted stuff, I have a total sanctuary of 110, and a reflect of 85... But it seems there where some other items that had a constant effect of reflect. I just want to see if it's possible to make a suit that maks you completly untouchable.
Probably not as fun as my JUMP SUIT though. Take Excuisite Shoes, Pants, Skirt, Shirt, Robe, Amulate, Rings, and Belt, and a telvanii cephelopod help and enchant them all with the maximum constant effect "Jump". Drop everything else you are carrying, and.... pretty damn fun. Expescially in Vivec. Jump from canton to canton roof tops. I also Made 2 Excuisite rings, and an Amulate that CAST 100 points of Jump. Cast all three, then put on the constant effect ones... From the roof of Vivec's Palace(farthest point south), if I jump north, I can clear the entire continent in one jump... with about 20 miles of WILDERNESS to boot.

Okay, I found the site I was looking for.

The two items I need are:
Helm of Graff the White
and
Darksun Shield
To get the sheild, apparently you have to BE a vampire, and go to Ald-Ruhn. A character that is not usually there, named Ano Vando, will be near the main entrance. He holds the shield.
Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

Sounds likely since the shield as a script that damages vampires if they equip it, it's got be a vampire hunter that has it. One of the clans (can't remember which one) has a quest to kill a vampire hunter in a very public place during the day, got to be this one.

Just to confirm, yup, it's an Aundae Vamp quest. He's only enabled when this quest is in effect... though I suppose you can always enable him if you want the shield badly enough:

Thanks so much guys, you've been VERY helpfull. I can't enable him, as I have the oh so popular X-box version. I have no problem spending a little time as a blood sucker though.... but I know almost nothing about them. Aundae Vampire? Meaning that I have to be turned into a vampire by a vampire from that clan, correct? And then what.. I just go to the clan headquarters, and ask the HNIC for orders?
A few more questions..
After I get cured of vampirism, can I get bitten again by another clan, and do thier missions, then get cured again, or is it just a one time thing?
I hear each clan has thier own specialty... one for mages, one for warriors, one for stealth.... which one is Aundae? Do you get skill a skill bonus in that specialty?
