It won't go down even though Tracer Chong said I'd done everything right.
[SPOILER]I've blown the five welds and made it off the ship and back to the naval yard. I don't really have an objective. I'm back now where the big bots hang out and I expected the ship to have gone down by now. I usually have a new objective by this time. Do I just keep moving through the naval yard or is there something I forgot or a bug which prevents the ship from sinking?[/SPOILER]

You're supposed to get out of there with Jock. And no, the ship doesn't sink while you're still there. :p

Where's the chopper? Do I have to back to the beginning of the level. I've been playing this so long, I forgot where I came from. Duh

Are you sure all 5 points are breached? It's easy to tell, if the ship's shaking and debris is falling on your head, you've done it. An easily missed welding point is the one in the large room below the control place with 3 sailors in. There are 2 in that place and the second is hidden behind a wall.
Anyway, if you have actually finished, you leave the ship go down the bridge and turn right. Keep going along the dock and there's a ladder through a door on your left. Go up the ladder and carry on to victory.

That's what it was. At some point I blew all five welds, but I went back to an earlier save sometime later and forgot to get the last one. So, I went back, blew that one up and the ship started coming apart and the chopper picked me up. Off to the graveyard.
