Singing to daedra. - by True Spirit

I just went around the Red mountain caves recently and where those daedric shrines are found (with ash zombies and stuff)... In some there are some bells that you can activate, always accompanied by a hammer worth just 5k. It's been buggin me ever since... Is there a quest or puzzle related on a certain order in a tune or something with those massive bells ?

:cheeky: That brings about a great point, i also found one of the deadra shrines just north of Gnaar Mok, i am really wondering about said shrines and that smoking statue thing in the middle.

I also found a number of bells that you could ring in a huge cave complex (can't remember the name, I think one part was called weeping bell hall). I do remember seeing an open space behind some rocks there that I couldn't reach because the opening was to small.
Strange things, has anyone figured them out?

Hmm... I think you're mixing locations up; Arkngthand has an area named "Weepingbell Hall", but it has no Sixth-House style bells in it. As to the bells themselves, the ones I looked at only had scripts in order to make each bell size make a different tone.

Hmm, guess you're right. Name Mix-up.
I'll see if I can find that cave complex again, and remember the name :)

Cool, if you can find it I'll be happy to look it up (you've got me curious).

Finally found it, it's in the cave system Called Ilunibi. The bells are in the Soul's Rattle part. The caves can be found northwest of Gnaar Mok.
Hope you can find out if there's a use for the bells.

So have you found anything of interest? Have you found out if there's anything in that inaccesible room?

*ack* Sorry, missed this one; I'll look it up when I get home tonight.
Edit: Hrm... nope, those bells are the same as the other 'sixth house' bells; all they do is play music. Rather surprising, given how trivial the effort would be to make some sort of secret trigger with them (not to mention how fitting it'd be w/ the game's theme)

Was there anything in that closed of room nearby? Or was I just hallucinating :)
