Chen, Quick, Tong, Reyes and Jacobson are immortal. I don't suggest taking them out by cheating.
I think you can get more MJ12 troopers in Maggie Chow's appartment by alerting the housekeeper.
About the lost russian sailor: I noticed that sometimes when I am carrying a body, I can't drop it anymore. This happens after I get close to an obstacle with it. Maybe it's what you see too? But I suspect it is somehow linked with the "do not place" boxes.
Oh, and after I completed the VersaLife missions, all the bodies in the Canal Road tunnel disappeared. I hope you won't encounter the same.

You can kill either Quick or Chen when you meet them for drinks at the lucky money. I don't remember which one though.

Yes, it is possible to get out of that Gunther siege place and go to Jock's chopper.
I made it without cheats, just by pushing the big metal crates in one of the ends. Then you can run all around the battery park with Gunter probably chasing you.
It's just dumb that Jock just sits in the chopper and doesn't want to let me in the chopper, while Gunther has his flamer barbecuing my ass.

Not that I know, I certainly havent ever before. Doing everything from the maid alerting them to smashing windows no more have ever arrived.

The trick in that instance is to select a weapon and the body will be dropped if it can be, it happened a few times to me. The thing with the sailor was that I chased him up
to the top level of the luckey money, waving my dragons tooth at him. as I caught up with him (and thought I killed him) I passsed through him and fell over the edge of the barrier. Climbing back upstairs and the body was now gone, I asssume however that he has fallen onto another part of the level as I did and the poor lighting of the club made it difficult to identify his body later.

I hope by moving them out of that level I have removed them from the laws of that level
and they will remain dead. But we shall wait and see.
If anything like that or the disaperance of the sailor happens again. I will cheat and summon new versions based on your hit count and kill them in place.
As it is I have cleaned out versalife + 3 in the skybox (The girl it seems is linked with her other two versions)
and the MJ12 lab + Bob Page. (A bit more silent project this time with cattle prod to ensure MIB's and WIB's didn't explode, zapped everyone though aside from one MJ12 troop who got my dragons tooth after the prod ran out.)
Another GPF occured transferring the bodies from Mj12 lab to versalife though, I'm taking it slowly with regular saves from now on.

Nope, that doesn't work for me. I can't equip anything when that happens. It occurs then the "do not place" box falls to a strange place, like into a wall or the railing of a staircase. All I can do is reload. Since I can not even see the bodies in my hand, I have made a habit of never saving when I think I carry something. Screwed up more than one quicksave before.

Ah, it's not *this* important to have all of them on a single picture. Everbody knows he would be there if he had not cowardly dissolved into thin air :)

hate to break it to you m8, but you appear to have missed 6 M12 Commandos
in the Mj12 lab. You need to reenter the lab after uploading the nanotech rom
and speaking to tong, there is also an unknown number of them in the versalife building
at the same period of time
you seem to have missed them all, sorry.
