This is a pity post. It's a shame that nothing is going on here.

If you can help run the game, I promise
I'll post each week for 3 months!
I posted a message to this forum that
you can see by looking at old meesages.
Nobody answered or was able to help me.
So right now my TN cd is gathering dust.

We need a "hacker" to figure out how to make TN work on a Win9x system, without going to DOS mode...

Well the sorce would help... do you think that's it's old enough yet? And if they don't put up the textures and sounds and stuff for d/l then people still wouldn't be able to just d/l it instead of buying it... just a thought.

Even if they released the textures and so on you still wouldn't get the cutscenes. The whole game fills up an entire CD.

Terra Nova actually runs just fine in Win98 (and Win95 before that) for me. I do have to use a tsr vesa fix utility, since my Voodoo3 vga bios is a bit buggy, but other than that, no problem. Actually, now that I think of it, System Shock and both Ultima Underworlds also work without having to exit to a pure dos session.

ShadowJack, care to tell me how to get it running in Win95/98, word for word?
