hm, i don't actually remember if i could strafe before i applied the patch, but now when i press Q or D i don't strafe anymore. in stead, i just turn really slowly to the left or right..
is there anyway to fix this? or is strafing just not in this game?

Strafing IS in the game, and I would suggest the most effective fix is to rebind your keys.
