These two contradict each other. You don't have "resname_base RES" in the install.cfg that you just posted, so you can't have run the SS2Tool.
Do what Kolya said, and if it still doesn't work, post your install.cfg again.

No they don't. I meant that the ORIGINAL install.cfg file has this line:
resname_base .
And after using the tool you guys provided, the only thing that changed was that "RES" was added to that line so it was like this:
resname_base RES

This game is great. I need more nanites, I wan't to get past that turrets, need to research more!! No other game has been so deep for me like System Shock 2.
