Ah now this could get a little confusing. When you have generated your IBT file via the editor where does it actually end up (never having got as far as generating one myself)? If it gets made in the editor install with all the extra files it could be somewhat confusing. Although the compress dll should be able to handle that. The cnt files will also need to be put in the games maps folder rather than the editor folder then.
With regards to the IBT not being added if you choose not to compress....sorry, just noticed a typo in my code there, its now fixed.
For those currently beta testing I'll have a new build ready at the weekend.

Can we shrink the IBT file in the playing directory, not the editing directory?
This is done now, kind of, GL will check your editor location and game location to determine which has the CNT and IBT files in and will then use that location to compress from.
Also you have a new menu item in the FM packager to simply compress one IBT file or decompress one CBT file seperately. If you do a compression using this, GL will offer to zip up the resultant files for you (just to be nice) and offer to zip the IBT as well (to give a size comparison). The few I have tried have resulted in a 60%-93% compression rate.
Only a couple more bugs to resolve and I will have a final beta ready.

Its effectively ready now, I only have the help content to update, some more debugging in the regex sections and a bit of testing of the generic competition submissions before the beta is released monday.

Sorry for Necromancy. But I need a command line version of the IBT rebuilder or informations, how I can interact with the DLL with delphi.
The reason? Well... I'm experimenting with the DarkLoader sourcecode.
Anybody, who will help me? Are you still alive, shadowspawn? :)
