Today, everyone is Big Brother. Everyone has a camera in their phone, and everything you do is likely to be seen by someone.
So far, that's a horrible horrible dystopia come true. However,
that also means that everybody is now watching the people who supposedy rules your country. Which, by extension, means that it's getting _very_ tricky for your elected officials to do anything but what they were elected for, since everything else they do will most likely be caught on someone's mobile phone camera.
Who watches the watchmen? We all do.

And have a horrible tendency to get prosecuted for it. That's the problem.
