As far as Shodan quotes go, that one was one of the weaker ones, and less memorable. Why was it less memorable? Was it even <i>in the game?</i> Wasn't this just the <i>your sound card is working now</i> clip played in the installation program?
It was only really brought into focus by their use of it in the intro of Shock 2.

I don't remember hearing it in SS1, I only remember it from the SS2 intro :erm:

My mind may be playing tricks on me, but I thought you got that message just before or just after destroying the computer nodes on the medical level.
(Edit: Incorrect. It's the "who are you?" quote that plays after destroying the computer nodes. I'm still sure the quote was present in SS1 because I remember the nostalgia when I heard it during the intro to SS2).

Well, I played SS1 through not too long ago, and I don't remember hearing it. Maybe someone who knows SS1 better than their own fingers can tell us.
