It is sad that no one replied! The Version on the Website can be used to configure System Shock 2!
Install Java and go to the Dirctory: ShockCfg.3.03.05/sc3/bin and you will find three files:
citadell.bat
xerxes.bat
rickenbacker.bat
run this files!
Citadell is only a demo and not runable, it will be used to configure System Shock.
Xerxes is the Tool and can be used to configure System Shock 2, but I don't know how good it works together with Kolyas SS2Tool!?
Rickenbacker is under my developement.
You will find the file BUGS in the same directory.

It might help if you would clarify the purpose of the tool (preferably on the first post on the first page) a bit.
30 pages in this thread, but no info what this is all about.
I don't have any need for any cheats or hacks - whatever they might do, but at least I would finally like to get what it could do.
