Source also means a blimey headache if you don't start off right. Are you planning to recreate textures and make them high-res, utilize the ingame bumpmaps, lightmaps? I think that will be what makes the biggest statement in the project.
Of course I am not a graphics whore. If you manage to pull off the inventory interface, then I will be happy. That alone has GOT to have props somewhere, right?
