Any recommendations?

I'd like something... slick. Something that is minimal and unfolds real sexy like, that lets me create my own expanding folders and keep things... tidy. Tidy and slick.

It's not a shell replacement exactly, but (http://www.alastria.com/index.php?p=software-7s) 7stacks will help keep your folders and icons nice, tidy and easy to access.

Don't let the fact it's called 7stacks, and is shown off mostly from Win7 screenshots discourage you. They'll launch just fine from Vistas quicklaunch bar.
