Howl, eh?
Perhaps a wolf in sheep's clothing?:cheeky:

If you do figure out where the sheep are, please don't go there on Wednesday nights... That's my special time with them...
Hey it's not like that! We just read bed time stories and listen to music!

Shuuuuurre Tuco. I bet you're hiding them under your robe aren't you?

*shivers*
Sneeksie: yes, you're probably right.. I've always assumed that those little 'nostrils' were their eyes, but who knows.. ;)
RyushiBlade on 25/4/2003 at 20:16
I always thought the nostrils were eyes too. I mean most of the time the things sneak up on me and I turn around, looking into what I think are eyes and BAM! I kill it. I looked at a corpse yesterday and they definately have places where eyes should be... But it's like someone took the eyeballs out. It's all just sunken.

Meh. Maybe those Netches make those sounds.
Exile on 4/5/2003 at 21:37
Nah, the sheep howls are in the ashlands. Netch are native to the Ascadian Isle and Bitter Coast Regions, maybe a few in the West Gash, Azura's Coast, and Sheogorad Regions. Needless to say, they're almost everywhere *BUT* the ashlands. I go for the invisible sheep theory. If you're quick and you have a good video card, you can see sheep-sized disturbances in the ash storms.

Make sure you take a screenshot of that one ;)

Well, it's the sort of thing that you can only see develop over time. I think that not sleeping for 36 consecutive hours also helps a bit...
