In one of the fighters guild quests that is given to you by the guy in wolverine hall, he asks you to kill a corpus stalker in tel mora and then find a man name Rels Tenin (i think thats how it is). ive talked to the townspeople and they said talk to farmers. i talked to the farmers, and they lead me to a cave called shallit. i went it and there is a note from this Rels Tenin talking aobut sentry duty or whatever then i explore the rest of the cave and hes not in there, though the farmers said they saw a man go in there, i assmuned it was him. now i cant find him although ive looked all around the region where shallit cave is. please help im dumbfound

If I remember correctly, there is a ledge right before you find the note in the cave.
You have to levitate there; the guy you are looking for will be up there somewhere.
