Hello there,
I am using the console and after a lot of hours of play, Shadowmare started running veeeery very fast. Is there a way to slow her down to a normal pace?

Isn't it great that at least one horse can now run a bit faster than your character? :p

If you really want to make him go fast, hit him with a spell that fortifies Speed. It has a much greater effect on him than it would have on you or on an NPC.

You know something guys? As of yesterday, the only thing I can see of Shadowmare is his name at the top of the screen telling me that he is somewhere outside the city gate but when I get there he is nowhere to be seen. It seems he refuses to grace me with his physical presence:D
The thing is that being a horse with a mind of its own was a bit tiresome because when I had to fight, my prime concern was not to let the monsters get to him or not to accidentally kill him with a spell.
I think I will search for the Unicorn. Maybe he will behave better than Shadowmare.

Yes Steo he is invincible but everytime he spotted an enemy before I did and started running away from me, then I felt that it was my responsibility, not to let him drop on the ground and see that "death" sign on him:sweat: .
