My wife is a fan of Mike Rowe from the show "Dirty Jobs". I don't question for a minute that she would want to bed him :laff: That doesn't bother me much either.
The frustration is (again) that she probably has been with some college dude that charged her up the same way and all she had to do was offer "easy sex". I could never offer "easy sex" and land a sexy lady and neither could any other average or below average looking man. Otherwise every man on earth would be walking around with "I'm Easy" t-shirts on.

I'm not sure why pointing out that he's emasculated in his marriage isn't sensible or worthwhile, given he instantly agreed to that assessment a post later.
I agree with what Stitch said, but there's the further problem of active dislike that's a separate issue to one's objective sex appeal to other people. Even though leaving his wife wouldn't fix the latter, it would help to regain a little lost self esteem and choose a better option for 'settling', if you will.

For the sake of this topic, I am not concerned about my own well-being but rather this fundamental imbalance. I suspect that a great number of men would vote to encumber every female disadvantage in order to possess this one ability. It is a paramount injustice that other men must be acutely aware of.

Well, in my opinion it's something of a balance that if an unwanted pregnancy happens, it's she who has to deal with that.

Excellent points.
This is actually a far more complex concept than my silly simplifications define.
The primary culprits for the imbalance are:
1) Evolutionary selection and a predisposition for Alpha Males
2) Supply and Demand ratios
3) Cultural roadblocks such as women being scolded for sleeping around while men are awarded (these are reinforced by BOTH genders :mad: )
I'm not sure 1 and 2 can really be addressed short of running around and killing a bunch of men (more wars?). 3, however, can be looked into...
