howie: Okay, this is how it all works...
1) If you kill the heart, a variable named HeartDestroyed is set to 1
2) If you approach within a certain distance of two "did the heart get destroyed" detectors, cleverly disguised as buckets near the exit, they see if HeartDestroyed is set to 1, and if it is (and if they haven't done this before)
3) Then whichever one is kicked off runs a script (EndGame) that kills all of the ascended sleepers, stops the blight, and sets your journal to the entry that starts with "I found the Heart of Lorkhan within the giant artifact Akulakhan. I struck the Heart with Sunder (etc)".
4) If you walk out to the special event and you have the above journal entry, you get the ring, movie, and Journal entry starting with "As I fled from the destruction of the Chamber of Akulakhan". Aaaaand...
5) The thing most people check against is that last journal entry, above. If the above sounds like what you've done and yet that one journal entry isn't showing, try using this command:
journal C3_DestroyDagoth 50
Kilana: I've had a few broken quests due to my exploring further than the designers expected, breaking certain things.
Oh, and if anyone wants to see an example of what I was referring to re: adding spells w/out telling the player, take a look at the script "secretsAnimunculi" from that one book... Btw, it turns out Vampirism is just a set of abilities & spell(s) added via a script that does a few AddSpell commands (The scripts Vampire_Aundae_PC, Vampire_Berne_PC, and Vampire_Quarra_PC set up the vampire curse, and Vampire_Cure_PC irreversibly cures you; you can kick 'em off with: StartScript scriptname).
Edit: *ack* Forgot to fill in the placeholder I had for 'Aundae'...
Edit2: Clarified a typo or two...

The ascended sleepers must be the one that didn't check off since I still have them in the game. I'm not sure about the Heart of Lorkhan but I can go and check my journal. I know I have stopped the blight because everyone has acknowledged that I have killed Ur and stopped the blight. They have also said that the electron wall is now down since it is no longer needed. I guess I'll have to go check and see if I have Ur's legion of doom escaping their prison. Who knows, maybe their still alive and they have begun to terrorize local villages, which in turn, has started a whole new game for me. :)
AI responce: Help us howie, Ur's creatures are attacking us! You rotten bastage, you didn't finish the game properly and they are killing us!

As you like... or you could just take the simple route and search your journal (which, btw, is exported as Journal.htm in your data files dir); if you have the phrase "I found the Heart of Lorkhan within the giant artifact Akulakhan. I struck the Heart with Sunder" but not "As I fled from the destruction of the Chamber of Akulakhan", execute the above command in the game's console. That'll fix you up.
(Btw, I believe 'ascended sleeper' refers only to the buggers with a red eye in the forehead, and not the hulking tentacled monstrosities in the dingy robes)

Forsythe - Here are the actual journal text from my file:
12 Frost Fall (Day 393)
I found the Heart of Lorkhan within the giant artifact Akulakhan. I struck the Heart with Sunder, then struck it again and again with @Keening# until the @enchantment# was destroyed. Severed from the sustaining power of the Heart, @Dagoth Ur# was destroyed. But the disturbance triggered an earthquake, and I had to flee for my life.
12 Frost Fall (Day 393)
As I fled from the @destruction# of the Chamber of Akulakhan, I encountered the presence of the @Daedra# Lord Azura. She told me I had achieved my destiny and was free. The prophecies are fulfilled, and @the Blight# gone. But now I am @Hortator and Nerevarine#, @Protector of Morrowind#, and must defend the people from monsters and villains. She gave me a @ring# as a token of thanks and blessing.
12 Frost Fall (Day 393)
Nibani Maesa was concerned that I had not fulfilled the @Nerevarine prophecies#. She says she hears that a man named Tholer Saryoni, the leader of the @Temple#, is desperate. Nibani Maesa asked me to go speak with Saryoni at the @High Fane# in @Vivec# City.
12 Frost Fall (Day 393)
Tholer Saryoni told me that the First Corner of the House of Troubles is Malacath. There is a shrine to Malacath on the island of @Sheogorad#. To get there I should go south past the @Dwemer ruins# and take the second road heading west. I must find this shrine, donate four @daedra# hearts, and recite @Vivec#'s "@Four Corners#."
19 Frost Fall (Day 400)
Nibani Maesa believes there is some connection between the recent attacks by mad cultists called '@sleepers#' and the @Nerevarine prophecies#.

How very, very odd.... some of this may just be a bug that has no impact. For example, if she hasn't said it before, the "Nibani Maesa was concerned" journal entry should really only pop up if "A2_6_Incarnate" is > 50 AND if "C3_DefeatDagothUr" is < 50; as-is, it only cares about A2_6_Incarnate. So, even if you've beaten Dagoth Ur, she still says it if you've got Moon-and-Star and she hasn't before.
Likewise, the "Four Corners" quest can be kicked off if you <action> the statue of Malacath near Dagon Fel and then talk to Tholer Saryoni. He even gives your char the topic if you've done so, and you don't need to be in the Temple to do so (can anyone think of a reason why, other than "a bug"?)
On the other hand, I believe you simply hadn't asked Nibasi about 'sleepers' before, as she gives the exact same journal entry regardless of whether or not you've killed DU (a different conversational response, but the same journal entry).
Overall, if she says "The Nerevarine Prophecies are fulfilled. The Devil is dead, the Blight is gone, and the False Gods are revealed. You have triumphed at Red Mountain, guided by Azura's hand." to the topic 'Nerevarine Prophecies', I think it's safe to ignore the other stuff.

Odd yes.... confusing yes! If it wasn't for this forum I'd given up on the game long ago. I'm still screwing around trying to map the whole of this world via the boots of blinding speed. I've found a mask that has a higher armor rating than the Daedric mask plus it has magical effect to it -- still looking for more cool stuff. Some of my ratings go higher than 100 for some buggy reason..... add the magical effects of the rings, amulets, and armor and I am invincible. I haven't mastered the alchemy stuff -- not that I need it now -- and trying to hone my skill of enchantment. Seems silly to do all this stuff after the game is over though. I've found enchantment and alchemy to be a waste of time in game because of the fact the failer rate is so high, it seems you're better off buying, stealing, or finding the stuff on your own. I'd still like to see how much you can do will all this stuff I've collected. Nothing made seems to compare to the stuff you can find. Once I get my enchantment skills at there max I'll try to make something better than I've found -- hopefully, but so far no luck.
Thanks for all the help,
howie :)

No problem, man. I'm just glad we managed to figure out it wasn't anything important ;)
